Molding System: Cosmo-TFA

COSMO-TFA – The Film Assist Auto-molding system for QFN PKG developed in 2007. This system is designed to have the capability to run both the Film assist molding process & the Non-film assist molding process (pre-tape) for a 75×250 mm leadframe of QFN by changing conversion units.

Wide type COSMO-TFA (90x270mm) completed last September 2010.
